i had a problem with my ac blower motor...
I had a problem with my ac blower motor not working and i just stoped in and patrick the service advisor fit me right in and got my truck taken care of in about 30 minutes. I like that they had free computers and playstation game console that i could occupiy my time with even though it only took 30 minutes. Thanks again for such great service.

We camne to UJ to buy a truck to pull our RV with. We had recently left McConnell looking at a vehicle. We were greeted by Dennis Bridges who showed us around and was very courteous and knowledgable about the vehicles. He was not pushy and let us find the truck that we were looking for and let us know that if there was anything missing they could add it to the vehicle. So we found a truck we were happy with and told Dennis what our payments needed to be and he made it happen. We could not be more satified with the attention we were shown and the follow up on getting the things added to the vehicle. I would highly reccomend UJ and appreciate the great service we were shown.

I travel frequently in my job and thought...
I travel frequently in my job and thought it would be a hassle to find transportation to and fro until I called for the appointment. Patrick assured me that he would take care of everything...and he did. I had a wonderful person, Alisa, drive me back and forth for the appointment. This courtesy was appreciated more than I can say. It was a great experience and I can tell that customer satisfaction is your #1 goal. Everyone that I dealt with at your facility was smiling and seemed genuinely concerned about me and my vehicle. I felt like someone really special! Thank you for your committment to excellent customer service.

We bought a 2004 Chevrolet Trailblazer in 2005 from another dealership (our 3rd purchase from that dealership). Due to it not being a Chevrolet dealership, we would have it serviced at UJ. Patrick Wilson had been an advisor at the other dealership, so I was glad to see a familiar face the first time I had the Trailblazer serviced at UJ. When the transmission was bad, I wanted to continue with the service department at UJ, so we bought an Equinox in 2012. We were pretty sure that we were taken advantage of during the sale process which was confirmed when we had to shop for another car due to totaling the Equinox in April 2013. Due to superb service with the sales department at another local dealership, we did not buy another Chevrolet and will no longer be using UJ's service department.

I am always pleased with the service at...
I am always pleased with the service at the dealership. I have a 2009 Tahoe. I have had to replace all 4 door lock over the 4 years I have had the car , 2 under warranty and 2 at my expense $ 400+ . I have less than 45,000 miles on my car. This seems like a manufactures defect to me
