I was pleased that the service center was able to work my car in for an oil change. However I was not called when it was ready and when I called at the end of the day I was told the service center was closed. The service center was willing to call to add a cabin filter to the scope of the work but couldn’t take the time to call when the service was complete. Late in the evening I did see where an email was sent but an email cannot be a substitute for a simple call.

Bobby in service is very helpful and got our company truck back to us in a very timely manner. Bringing more trucks his way this week

My appointment was at 8 o’clock. I got there 15 minutes early. They looked up the information they needed and took my truck on to the garage. I like how if the technician fines anything, they let you know . Then ask if you want to have that worked on . They don’t demand that you have to have it done . Honest people, great job.
