Brought new Tahoe in for randomly failing a/c. Worst treatment I've ever received. Third failure happened during an extreme heat warning day. I did exactly what the dealership advised, drove it to them while the failure was happening. I was turned away, told to get back in my vehicle (no a/c) and drive an hour to my house because my Golden Retriever happen to be with me (I was picking her up from a groomer when the a/c suddenly stopped again). I had to drive across town to get to the dealership. Service said my dog could not be in a loner vehicle (she's trained as a therapy dog, exceptionally well behaved and clean). I understand this may be company policy, however, this was an extreme circumstance and there should have been a work-around (covering the back of the vehicle in the plastic you use as protection while your tech works in it comes to mind). Its company policy that no one smokes in your vehicle, however, from the smell of the one I was given the next morning, I can attest, that happens. By the time I drove the hour to my house, I was drenched, and my dog dangerously close to overheating. Unacceptable. The dealership was aware, my husband works out of town during the week and I have no family in the area that could have come to get my dog. I took my Tahoe back the following morning; because they had to keep driving it until the a/c failed on them, my vehicle was kept 9 days.

Overall, 10/10 experience. We will buy from Dennis and the UJ team the next time we need a vehicle. We had two different transactions at UJ. They bought our truck and we purchased a Tahoe Premier. Selling the truck, it was a simple process and they paid a fair price. Chuck was easy to work with. Buying the new Tahoe, Dennis, our sales guy, was awesome. J Simmons, sales manager, was great. We told him where we needed to be out the door and he made it happen. On to the finance guy, Joshua. Typically the guy I dislike. We did walk out once but Joshua and the whole team were tenacious and worked harder to get us where we wanted to be, we gave a little and they gave a little.

Very friendly explained everything well was really helpful. Enjoy doing business with him. I will refer. him to friends and family.
