They did oil change. Fixed the outside door unlock button that did not work since new. Only took a few days to get the parts.

Had my Camaro towed to UJ Chevrolet. Clutch failure, Gear would not engage. My car had been waiting for diagnosis to my clutch/transmission for 2 weeks. After expressing my disappointment, the service man told me that I didn't buy the car from them and other customers needed service. He told me to come pick the car up. The car would not drive so it was stuck there. I was under their thumb. Shocked, I called the service manager. He took over and my car was repaired within 1 week. Great job! However, I question the amount charged to repair my Camaro, so I inquired with another dealership and AI as well This is my question to and response from Super Intelligence I was charged $3,500 by Chevrolet dealership for repairs to my 2015 Chevrolet Camaro RS, a complete clutch assembly replacement (clutch disc, pressure plate, flywheel, slave cylinder, and labor) Was I overcharged? This is the determination AI gave me.  Short answer: Yes — $3,500 is still well above the normal range for a full clutch assembly replacement on a 2015 Camaro RS (V6 manual), even with the slave cylinder included.  The slave cylinder doesn’t change the math much. It’s a $120–$180 part, and replacing it adds zero extra labor because it’s already part of the clutch job. So, the fair price range barely moves. Normal Price vs. What You Paid Typical Chevrolet dealership total: $1,700–$2,300 You were charged: $3,500 → You’re still about $1,200–$1,800 above normal. How a bill reaches $3,500 A dealership would need to: • Charge $180–$220/hr labor (not typical in Mobile) • Bill 14–18 hours of labor (not justified for this job) • Mark up OEM parts by 200–300% • Add extra components you didn’t authorize • Add padded fees (diagnostics, shop fees, “clutch system flush,” etc.) Even with all of that, $3,500 is still unusually high. Final verdict Yes — you were almost certainly overcharged. A fair dealership bill for your exact repair should have been $1,900–$2,600, not $3,500.

I have been doing business with UJ Chevrolet for 30 years, and they have always created a friendly, professional and welcoming environment. The dealership has been a part of the community longer than I have been alive (59 years) and I have always known them to be the most trustworthy dealer in the area. I have always recognized UJ Chevrolet as a family owned and ran business, and with that you get a level of service that the large corporations just can not match. With UJ Chevrolet, their employees care because they know they work for someone that cares about them and the customers and they understand the importance of relationships.

My dealership’s service department is absolutely amazing. I came in for a recall service which took a bit longer than I expected but I was taken care of during the wait from the time I arrived until the time I left. Mrs.Aleia was soo sweet, caring, and hospitable to both me and my newborn baby. She made sure we were comfortable and brought snacks and water. Mr. Dean was very niceand professional! He updated me around the clock an assisted me by pulling my vehicle to the front for easy access and a quick departure while getting my newborn into the car. Both of these representatives deserves acknowledgment for their wonderful customer service and a raise!
