The cost of a new key fob and calibration, even after a small discount, was too expensive! I’m an older/senior person on limited income. Bobby in the Service Department tried putting a battery in the key fob, but that didn’t work. He was very nice and professional and the others he had assisting were nice. I purchased my 2016 Tahoe brand new at UJ and have done most of the service at UJ. I don’t like that the paint on the hood and top, like many other Tahoes have done, has broken down and needs repainting. This is something else that I can’t afford to fix nor should I because Chevrolet/GMC knows it’s their mistake with the clear coat breakdown in the paint from the factory. I love my Tahoe, but the paint issue is most likely turning people away from buying a Tahoe because you see them like mine all around town (Mobile, AL). Thanks for all you do for your customers.

Took my vehicle in to have a noise from the steering column checked. I was told the problem was with the tie rod ends. Both tie rod ends were replaced along with the transmission service I had done. Still have the same noise coming from the steering column when turning into a parking place. Will have to take it back in to see what the problem is.

I will only use UJ when shipping for a car now. Car buying is stressful but UJ makes the process very easy and fast. When you go there you instantly feel like family. Dennis, Jodi, Brian, and Josh are the best of the best. I cannot thank them enough!

I want to click 1 star just because whoever moves the car less than 100 yards thinks it's necessary to move the seat. This car doesn't have auto seat setting. This is very annoying and one time I hurt my back because it was moved so far that I fell in. The staff that greeted us was great. Next time I will give one star if the seat is moved

Service was great. Friendly greeting on arrival. Service representative check me in promptly. The Customer Service Hostess called me by name. That means a lot to repeat customers. Upon completion of service and account settlement, a customer service representative shook my hand and and held the door open for my departure. Service is why you return.
