I want to click 1 star just because whoever moves the car less than 100 yards thinks it's necessary to move the seat. This car doesn't have auto seat setting. This is very annoying and one time I hurt my back because it was moved so far that I fell in. The staff that greeted us was great. Next time I will give one star if the seat is moved
Service was great. Friendly greeting on arrival. Service representative check me in promptly. The Customer Service Hostess called me by name. That means a lot to repeat customers. Upon completion of service and account settlement, a customer service representative shook my hand and and held the door open for my departure. Service is why you return.

Brought new Tahoe in for randomly failing a/c. Worst treatment I've ever received. Third failure happened during an extreme heat warning day. I did exactly what the dealership advised, drove it to them while the failure was happening. I was turned away, told to get back in my vehicle (no a/c) and drive an hour to my house because my Golden Retriever happen to be with me (I was picking her up from a groomer when the a/c suddenly stopped again). A lot of confusion with the appointment, I’m thankful I got my truck that afternoon but very disappointed that my oil was changed as it had just been changed at the dealership a few weeks earlier upon my request. The tickets was somehow mixed up as I only asked for the front left tire to be changed. The tire had been ordered for this purpose. Why didn’t I receive any information on my tires after paying, had to go back in to get information concerning a maintenance light. I should have been informed that there was an issue with sensors. My question is how all 4 sensors goes out at the same time I am very lost on that

Just a routine oil change and tire rotation, the service technician observed my tires being very worn and ready for a new set. Price quoted was competitive although I went to another store.
My experience with buying my new silverado was wonderful. Every one especially Dennis took very good care of all my needs and answered all of my concerns. They gave.me a fair price for my trade in.
I’ve had oil changes appointments and drive an hour one way. I always have to wait at least an hour and a half for the service then drive home an hour. It ends up consuming most of my day because a simply oil change takes so long.

The service department is awesome, honestly the only reason I still go there since the Lifetime Powertrain warranty is so crappy. I've had two issues that should have been covered by a powertrain warranty but it wasn't covered by the Premier Warranty.
