Why didn’t I receive any information on my tires after paying, had to go back in to get information concerning a maintenance light. I should have been informed that there was an issue with sensors. My question is how all 4 sensors goes out at the same time I am very lost on that

Just a routine oil change and tire rotation, the service technician observed my tires being very worn and ready for a new set. Price quoted was competitive although I went to another store.
My experience with buying my new silverado was wonderful. Every one especially Dennis took very good care of all my needs and answered all of my concerns. They gave.me a fair price for my trade in.
I’ve had oil changes appointments and drive an hour one way. I always have to wait at least an hour and a half for the service then drive home an hour. It ends up consuming most of my day because a simply oil change takes so long.

The service department is awesome, honestly the only reason I still go there since the Lifetime Powertrain warranty is so crappy. I've had two issues that should have been covered by a powertrain warranty but it wasn't covered by the Premier Warranty.

After giving them a down payment in cash. They called 2 weeks after I had possession of my new truck said they couldn't find it. I had to go in and give them a second deposit. This is so unprofessional I will never buy another vehicle from UJ Chevrolet.

The salesman was most knowledgeable about the vehicle which I had an interest. This saved a good bit of time as I was directed to available matching inventory. There was some waiting due to helping others, but facility was comfortable. The financing also was most professional and surprisingly quick. The only negative would be that I had hoped to purchase a 2026 truck, but chose a 2025.
Jody is the bomb. He was so easy to work with and we immediately felt like friends. Definitely will be back for future purchases.

On vacation and 1.5 hour away from where we were staying with kids in the car. Thermostat malfunctioned and another dealership told us to make an appointment for another day and expect to leave it for 3 days for diagnostic tests to run which was impossible. Immediately went into this location to either the manager or service manager and they were excellent at seeing we were in a bind and needed expedient service. We were in and out in 1.5 hour. Service department is a rip off! Wanted to charge me $14,500 to replace engine in a 2019 Silverado with 93k miles. 2 other local dealers quoted me $10k or less. When I went to retrieve the truck, they held my truck hostage and required me to pay $1,100 for "tear down costs." Mind you, all they did was took the top of engine off and threw it in a box. Even after being extorted for $1,100, it is STILL cheaper for me to go somewhere else. THESE PEOPLE SUCK!
