My dealership’s service department is absolutely amazing. I came in for a recall service which took a bit longer than I expected but I was taken care of during the wait from the time I arrived until the time I left. I was pleased that the service center was able to work my car in for an oil change. However I was not called when it was ready and when I called at the end of the day I was told the service center was closed. The service center was willing to call to add a cabin filter to the scope of the work but couldn’t take the time to call when the service was complete. Late in the evening I did see where an email was sent but an email cannot be a substitute for a simple call.
Bobby in service is very helpful and got our company truck back to us in a very timely manner. Bringing more trucks his way this week

My appointment was at 8 o’clock. I got there 15 minutes early. They looked up the information they needed and took my truck on to the garage. I like how if the technician fines anything, they let you know . Then ask if you want to have that worked on . They don’t demand that you have to have it done . Honest people, great job.
Salesman Paul was very knowledgeable helpful and quickly zeroed in on the type and quality including trim level truck we were seeking. Took us on an extended test drive demonstrating all the driving features while describing on board options. Allowed me to test drive also. When we returned to the dealership he quickly obtains all the different financing options and how each of those options impacted the final price and monthly payment. The cost of a new key fob and calibration, even after a small discount, was too expensive! I’m an older/senior person on limited income. Bobby in the Service Department tried putting a battery in the key fob, but that didn’t work. He was very nice and professional and the others he had assisting were nice. Took my vehicle in to have a noise from the steering column checked. I was told the problem was with the tie rod ends. Both tie rod ends were replaced along with the transmission service I had done. Still have the same noise coming from the steering column when turning into a parking place. Will have to take it back in to see what the problem is.
I will only use UJ when shipping for a car now. Car buying is stressful but UJ makes the process very easy and fast. When you go there you instantly feel like family. Dennis, Jodi, Brian, and Josh are the best of the best. I cannot thank them enough!

I want to click 1 star just because whoever moves the car less than 100 yards thinks it's necessary to move the seat. This car doesn't have auto seat setting. This is very annoying and one time I hurt my back because it was moved so far that I fell in. The staff that greeted us was great. Next time I will give one star if the seat is moved

Upon completion of service and account settlement, a customer service representative shook my hand and and held the door open for my departure. Service is why you return.

Brought new Tahoe in for randomly failing a/c. Worst treatment I've ever received. Third failure happened during an extreme heat warning day. I did exactly what the dealership advised, drove it to them while the failure was happening. I was turned away, told to get back in my vehicle (no a/c) and drive an hour to my house because my Golden Retriever happen to be with me (I was picking her up from a groomer when the a/c suddenly stopped again). A lot of confusion with the appointment, I’m thankful I got my truck that afternoon but very disappointed that my oil was changed as it had just been changed at the dealership a few weeks earlier upon my request. The tickets was somehow mixed up as I only asked for the front left tire to be changed. The tire had been ordered for this purpose.
